Pleasant half hour walk into Cambridge. We found room for cars on the street. Local pizza good and large Tesco is handy. Large garden with table and benches. Host helpful and responsive. Property was clean and prepared.
We would have liked more local restaurants, rather than have to walk back into the centre - but map on site is correct, just a personal preference. Could do with more room/furniture for unpacking in bedrooms. Property needs some maintenance.

Location near the Cam River was good. Supermarkets in easy distance. Kitchen well stocked. Fridge freezer excellent.
Beds generally too saggy. Only six dining chairs. There are two sofas in sitting room with one small single chair so basically the house can sleep 8 and seat 6.
Downstairs shower/toilet in sitting room has no lock
Stairs very steep so mobility issues there, especially for master suite at the top of the house in the eaves.
Garden space seats 8
Generally oversold as spacious and luxurious … it is neither.
