A wonderful little flat with everything I could possibly need for a short and comfortable stay while visiting the Biennale. I especially appreciated that the kitchen was stocked with the basics, including coffee. The air conditioning was a huge plus. And Andrea is very communicative and helpful.

The host, Andrea, met me in a very close location to the house. It was great to have him meeting us there because he could show us the surroundings as we walked to the house. There are groceries shops nearby and 2 vaporetto stops too. Easy to get around.
I went with my son and I didn't want to sleep with him on the double bed, but as I asked for the sheets to the sofa-bed, this was not an option. We were a bit unlucky/lucky. There was a huge party at the church near the house. We were lucky because we could have this extra experience. We were unlucky because the noise and all the drunk people around the house made it impossible for us to sleep before 12am.

Andrea was so kind and helpful. Great instructions on how to get to the closest vaporetto stop. The apartment was in a quiet neighborhood, but easy walks to shopping and restaurants. Bed was extremely comfortable and the apartment clean. I would definitely stay here again!

Apartamento muy cómodo, muy limpio, muy bien equipado.
Muy buena ubicación, cerca de la estación del vaporeto, caminando también.
Pero lo más importante es la atención de Andrea, excelente anfitrión y siempre atento a resolver cualquier problema.
Estamos sumamente agradecidos, y por supuesto volveríamos a elegirlo y recomendarlo.
