Posizione ottima, vicina alla via principale con tutti i servizi e alla spiaggia, tutto comodamente raggiungibile in pochi minuti a piedi. Molto apprezzati il parcheggio e la piscina inclusi, così come l’aria condizionata in ogni stanza. Bellissimo e ampio terrazzo, perfetto per godersi le cene in compagnia.
L’appartamento avrebbe bisogno di qualche aggiornamento, soprattutto per quanto riguarda l’arredamento, che risulta un po’ datato. Sarebbe inoltre da prestare maggiore attenzione alla pulizia, che al nostro arrivo non era del tutto soddisfacente.

A wonderful apartment with a very kind and caring owner. The kitchen is fully equipped, and there is air conditioning in every room. We especially loved the terrace with its beautiful view, where you can enjoy watching the sunset. Right in front of the house, there are wonderful, warm and clean swimming pools for both children and adults. The beach and the main street with cafés and shops are very close by.
I am completely satisfied with our stay.

- ticha lokalita (minimalne tesne pred letnou sezonou bolo po 22:00 prijemne ticho a bolo mozne spat s pri otvorenom okne)
- blizko k peknej a udrziavanej pieskovej plazi BEZ VSTPUPNEHO POPLATKU
- udrziavany areal ( podla mna jeden z najkrajsich v sirokom okoli ) s vlastnym bazenom
- vlastne parkovacie misto
- terasa je dokonala s vyhladom, ktory stoji za to
- Poskytnuty bol iba 1 par klucov, co moze byt pre vascie skupiny problem. Boli sme rodina s malymi detmi, preto nam to nevadilo.
- Elektroinstalacia nezvladne viac silnych spotrebicov sucasne, napr. Klima + varna doska + ohrev vody ( toto je ale problem vsetkych Talianskych apartmanov, kde som doteraz byval, preto neberiem ako negativum )
- je nutne doniest si uteraky ( ale to sme rovnako vedeli z popisu ubytovania, preto to neberiem ako chybu )

Die Dachterasse ist einfach Mega . Sehr Strand nah. Alles super sauber .
Antonella ist Mega hilfsbereit und sehr freundlich. Hat alles dafür gemacht um uns den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu machen
2te Sonnenliege wäre noch schön gewesen aber das das einzige was es zu erwähnen gibt
