We had a lovely stay for two nights to go to a wedding at a nearby venue.
Kate was amazing and was so quick to reply to messages.
We had our adult son with us and she was concerned the futon would not be sufficient for him. It actually was fine and he slept well!
The cottage is so sweet. Very very clean, the bed is so comfortable. The kitchen is lovely with ample cutlery and crockery etc.
The shower is very efficient and the bathroom is spacious. Honestly there is so much room even with the futon down. For just a couple there's a lot of space.
There are some hooks to hang coats but no actual wardrobes or drawers.
Absolutely no issue, we hung our suits etc on the hooks and there's plenty of room to have the suitcase open. Oh and there was some lovely fresh local milk for us in the fridge !
Ample parking and the village is so pretty, it's worth a walk round.
We didn't meet Andy, but we did meet Kate and she was so friendly.
Honestly, if you want somewhere beautiful to stay, with lovely hosts look no further.
That we only had two nights!

What a cute little place in a fab location. So close to Exeter but felt like a tiny hamlet miles from anywhere. Super relaxing and welcoming.
Mainly I didn't like coming home :-(
Could of benefitted from somewhere to sit outside regardless of the weather :-)

The bed was very comfortable, the location was beautiful and the place was very clean
There was no reception, we didn't receive any messages on how to get in. We had to call the host. No instructions upon entry. We felt intrusive with thee main house next door and had to let ourselves in the main gates which were closed shut.
