El trato personal de los empleados, las vistas, la habitación muy bien. Buen desayuno, muchas facilidades de transporte si es necesario.
Me encantó, pero pediría quizás un servicio de limpieza más diario.

L'emplacement idéal pour les visites.
La vue à couper le souffle de la plaine de Mésopotamie depuis la terrasse. Une des plus belle de Mardin.
Petit déjeuner de qualité, servi à table sur la terrasse.
Thé et café à disposition à partir de 17:00.
Je vous recommande cet établissement.

El personal es increíble. Estuvieron muy pendientes en todo momento, atendiendo cualquier necesidad que tuviéramos. Incluso nos gestionaron un transporte privado. Tenemos que dar las gracias a todas las personas que trabajan en el hotel, en especial a Büsra.
El hotel necesita algunas mejoras en cuanto a los baños, el aire acondicionado y el wifi.
