The room was brand new and very modern and clean, and the hosts were very nice and friendly and helped out with any questions I had. It is in a small local alley way, which gives a nice local vibe.

This is a new building in a VERY quiet area in the center of Da Nang. It’s located on a pedestrian street, so you won’t be able to drive directly to the entrance. The easiest way to find it is to go to Khế Café and then walk toward Stumble Izakaya (highly recommend, btw) - both are on Google Maps, the building you need is just around the corner.
The room was cozy, clean, and had a lovely view of the neighbors' gardens. The host is very kind and helpful — she met us near Khế Café and walked us to the building :) She also communicated quickly through the Booking app. We also asked for an extra blanket because the mattress felt too firm for us, and she kindly provided one.
The mattress was quite firm (if you have back problems, you may want to keep this in mind), and the blinds didn’t block out all the light. Other than that, everything was superb!

Nous avons bien aimés le fait que le logement soit relativement neuf.
En revanche, nous n’avons pas forcément appréciés notre séjour d’une nuit. Nous avons dû demander plusieurs fois les indications pour accéder au logement, ça n’a jamais été très clair mais on a réussi à trouver l’appartement par nous même.
À notre arrivée, il y avait encore de la vaisselle à sécher (qui datait sûrement des personnes d’avant). On a eu qu’une seule serviette de bain pour 2 personnes, et nous n’avons pas eu d’eau chaude. Et le pire, c’est le lit, on ressent les ressorts, notre nuit a été horrible. Nous voyageons depuis 6 mois nous avons fait 50 logements, et ça a été le pire lit depuis le début. J’en ressors même avec un torticolis.
Je ne mets jamais de commentaire habituellement, mais là, c’est important de souligner ces points là malgré le prix.
