We stayed at Phaistos Suites for a week and truly could not have been happier with our experience.
The rooms are beautiful, spotlessly clean, and thoughtfully maintained. The location is fantastic, very close to the sea and to everything you need, allowing you to enjoy your holiday without having to worry about a thing.
What made our stay truly special, however, was Mrs. Angeliki. She is a wonderful person, and her hospitality went far beyond anything we expected. She took care of us and looked after us as if we were part of her family. She brought us fresh fruit from her garden, homemade treats, and always made sure we had everything we needed.
I was especially touched when I needed to see a doctor during our holiday. Although I was unable to find an appointment fast myself, Angeliki managed to find a doctor within half an hour and helped me get medical attention immediately, allowing me to continue enjoying my holiday without worry.
She is one of those rare people who can turn a beautiful accommodation into a truly memorable experience. We could not have asked for anything more.
If we return to Naxos, we will choose Phaistos Suites again without hesitation. We would also be delighted to see Angeliki again. ❤️

We were nervous at first bc it's a brand new accommodation but we were glad we chose this place. It's wonderful, great views, lovely staff, super clean and it had everything that one could possibly need. Location was amazing as well, close enough to walk everywhere yet tucked away so you can have peace in the evenings.

Die Phaistos Suites sind eine absolute Wohlfühloase. Das Hotel ist modern, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und vor allem unglaublich sauber. Unser Zimmer war wunderschön, das Bett sehr bequem, das Badezimmer geräumig und modern und der Balkon perfekt, um den Tag entspannt ausklingen zu lassen.
Auch die Lage ist ideal: Strand, Restaurants, Cafés und Geschäfte sind innerhalb weniger Gehminuten zu erreichen.
Was unseren Aufenthalt aber ganz besonders gemacht hat, sind die wunderbaren Eigentümer. So viel Herzlichkeit und Gastfreundschaft erlebt man wirklich selten!
Wir kommen sehr, sehr gerne wieder!

Nice staff. The studio was very clean, with a wonderful view, nice location: near a supermarket , a bakery , bus stop. Comfortable bed. The shower is very nice. Outdoor terrace with a table and chairs and clothesline.
A stove with be nice to complete the studio.
