Massive bonus is that it’s outside lipah beach so it’s walkable which is amazing

Fabulous little hotel in a great location. Excellent value for money. Rooms were very clean. Beds were comfortable. Really good breakfast. Nice little pool. No restaurant but directly opposite is Flow restaurant that serves delicious food.

The hotel is in a wonderful location with a fantastic view, the room was lovely and large and had a great terrace/ balcony. The pool area and the breakfast was nice. The staff were lovely and very accommodating.
The wifi signal was a little tricky to be able to work.

The staff who welcome us were kind but spoke little English. In the evening we met Pangi and had a great connection with him.
The way the resort has been renovated and styled was also nice.
The beds, bedding and all the furniture were also top quality!!
We stayed in room 2 with the Bali sea right infront of us, however a huge frangipani tree was blocking 80% of the view.
The bedside lamp was broken and didn’t work.
Damage on the bathroom door looked cheap.
The window in the bathroom needs a blind on it because if someone uses the toilet during the night the whole room lights up which is very annoying.
The hangers in the closet were not only cheap but also sad to see.
The water cooker had a huge amount of calcium deposit and needs to be cleaned regularly.
The chartruse color on all the wood is very strange, something more neutral would make the place look much better.
