I think it is a nice hotel if you need to be close to the train station. In order to find it you need exit railway station at A2 and on your right hand side in 10 meters you will see escalator, go 1 level up, hotel is straight ahead.
The hotel itself is more about function, once you reach floor with rooms it feels like a maze. But comfort level is good. Breakfast was basic, but decent quality. Staff were also extremely helpful when my driver could not find how to pick me up from there.
The only down side is that you can not open the window, I think some rooms also don't have windows

Perfect location next to Shenzhen North station. The room is small but it has everything you need.
If you arrive by car, it is impossible to find. Go to the station on the last floor and look for the airtaxi, the hotel is right above it.
The "window" of the room looked into a niche, so there wasn't any daylight, much less a view.

The location is very good just above the train station. The room was big.
I did not have a window to my room even though i paid for a room with a window. There was a small window to a balcony and it was completely covered with plants, there was no actual light was coming in. Also, that balcony was from another room i believe because it was noisy and there were people smoking there and all the smoke was coming into my room. The staff doesn t speak a word in english.
