In generale la struttura ha un ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Si trova nel grazioso paesino di Vrsi a soli 10 minuti di distanza da Nin e a circa mezz'ora dal centro storico di Zadar. I suoi punti di forza sono la vista sul mare dal terrazzo e la spiaggia a soli 200 metri, oltre al luogo estremamente silenzioso e tranquillo! Nelle immediate vicinanze ci sono 2 minimarket e sulla strada principale che porta al paese un supermercato molto fornito. Il nostro monolocale era davvero molto pulito, ordinato e dotato di ogni comodità. Il wifi, nonostante la zona, è abbastanza potente. La cosa che ci ha sorpreso di più è stata la gentilezza della padrona di casa che ci ha accolto e trattato in maniera molto calorosa durante tutto il soggiorno! Ci siamo davvero sentiti a casa!
Purtroppo un punto di debolezza è il bagno: vivibile ma molto piccolo e la doccia con la tenda è stata abbastanza scomoda. Lo scaldabagno inoltre è ad accensione manuale e ogni tanto era presente odore di scarico abbastanza forte vicino al wc.

Csendes, nyugodt, jól felszerelt, vízközeli, tökéletes házigazda, macska ( ha össze tudsz cimbizni vele)
Semmi ilyen nincs. Ha nagyon akarnék kekeckedni akkor a ház melletti parkoló nagyon napos, de hát nyár van-volt....
Aranyos volt hogy a hazigazda néni csak horvátul beszél igy tökéletesen elbeszéltünk egymás mellett mosolyogva, de így is értve egymást!
Mi a homokos parttal rendelkező strandokat szeretjük igy ahhoz autózni kellett Ninbe 5 percet de ez semmit nem von le a szállás nagyszerűségéből! A közelben kavicsos viszonylag hamar mélyülő, átlagos felszereltségű strandok vannak.

A great stay, the land lady is simply amazing & welcoming. The apartment is nice and clean . Perfect for two people. We were there for one week , we enjoyed it.
