Now where do i start. This place is like a dream come true.
The host informed us of everything so clearly, you just cant get it wrong, they kept me updated on whatsapp and emails for the exact process for key collection- they really made it as simple as they could- BRILLIANT SERVICE, thank you!!!
Then we head to the apartment- free secure parking on site, we were all so impressed!!
Now coming into the apartment- WOW WOW WOW WOW WOW WOW- 1st thing you notice is how clean spacious is it. But we all ran to the balcony- and it is really a sight to behold!!! you will NOT be disappointed at the entire view of what feels like the whole of Lake Como!!! Look straight ahead, Lake Como, Varenna Town. Look to the left, Lake Como and more town along the lake. Look to the the right, lake Como and Bellagio and endless views all around. The mountains, i mean we were in awe and literally spent all our time whist in the apartment right here, taking it all in. The sight is spectacular, AND we will come back to stay here!!
Now the actual apartment, massive!! clean, well maintained, lovely bathroom (shower) all modern and fully equipped for everything you need. We were all so overwhelmed and so appreciative of finding this absolute gem!!!
I don't want to moan and have absolutely nothing to complain about, we were absolute ecstatic about this place.
The odd visitor might complain about no lift, top floor BUT YOU HONESTLY WONT CARE ONCE YOU GET TO THE APARTMENT. All 4 of us who stayed here, would definitely happily walk up and down all day just for the views!!!!

The property was very clean, they left us a nice little care package which was great. The view and outdoor balcony was the best part.
The bed was awful, very uncomfortable and hard. The pillows were not much better.
Communication was poor; there were no welcome instructions, and when we called to ask questions, the phone was never answered and response time via chat was slow.

We really appreciated being able to check in earlier than expected. The absolute highlight of the accommodation is the view, which is truly breathtaking and definitely the apartment’s biggest selling point. We were also welcomed with a lovely surprise package, which was a thoughtful gesture.
Unfortunately, there were several issues that affected our stay.
The apartment could really benefit from a thorough deep cleaning. It is probably best not to look too closely in certain areas, especially in the kitchen and bathroom, which did not feel particularly clean or pleasant. There was not even any dish soap or a cleaning cloth provided in the kitchen, so it was hardly surprising that the kitchen itself was in this condition.
The Wi-Fi was also quite unreliable. Even when sitting directly next to the router, the connection was not stable enough for online meetings. If you are planning to work during your stay, this accommodation may therefore not be the best choice.
Both the sofa and the bed are upholstered in fabric and had a rather musty smell. Without keeping the windows open regularly, the air inside the apartment quickly became unpleasant.
Another major issue was the temperature. We were aware beforehand that there was no air conditioning, and since we were visiting in September, we assumed that cooler nights would make the apartment comfortable. Unfortunately, the opposite was true. The apartment heated up like a sauna, and there was practically no way to get the heat out, which made sleeping and spending time inside very uncomfortable.
The most disappointing part, however, was how problems were handled by the staff. Everyone was very friendly as long as everything was going well, but once we actually needed help, there seemed to be very little interest in finding a solution.
We experienced several power outages in the apartment, which eventually meant that we had to throw away the food we had stored in the refrigerator. When we called to report the issue, the call was simply ended once the electricity came back on, without any real discussion of the problem or its consequences. Even more disappointing was that the reception staff, who had previously been extremely friendly, simply ignored our messages regarding the issue afterwards.
