The flat was clean, spacious, and well located. It was about a 15 minute walk from Budapest's most popular tourist attractions.
Unfortunately, the building's waste containers are located by the main entrance, resulting in an unpleasant smell whenever you enter or exit the building.

L'appartamento era davvero pulito, luminoso e accogliente.
Quindi solo cose positive.

Property location is good. Short walk to Lidl and pharmacy. Having two bedrooms was nice and the space was clean when we arrived. Nice to be able to open the windows for air flow. Appreciated the washing machine and drying rack. Clothes dry very fast in Hungary so no need for clothes dryer.
The bed linens and pillows were downright bad. I noticed holes in the some of the linens. The pillows were lumpy like they were filled with cotton balls. The unit noted that there was an ironing facilities, therefore I assumed there wan an ironing board but there was not. Therefore, I purchased one from the store across the street. The bathroom emits a terrible sewage smell which got worse as the week went on. There is a person who smokes incessantly downstairs so I would not open the window in the front bedroom ( I realize this is not the fault of the owners or management, just wanted to mention). We could not use the TV as the internet was not hooked up and the Internet connection was weak. No trash bags were provided. No instructions in English. Management was not responsive to inquires pertaining to fees due upon check out. You will be responsible for city tax and a cleaning fee which they inform you of after arrival in Euros. It sufficed as a place to stay while in Budapest but I would not book it again.

"Everything was so tidy, clean and new. Felt as if we were the first guest. Spacious and beautiful apartment. Especially loved the smell of the linen."
