Stuart is an outstanding host—warm, attentive, and welcoming from the moment we arrived. The property itself is immaculately kept, spotlessly clean, and thoughtfully equipped with everything you could need for a stress-free stay. Special mention must go to the beds, which are exceptionally comfortable and guarantee a fantastic night’s sleep. The location is ideal for exploring the best of Sussex and the surrounding countryside, offering a peaceful retreat after a busy day of sightseeing. We wouldn't hesitate to return.

Good value; great facilities, able to cook, make coffee etc. Stuart was an excellent host and me feel right at home.

Would be better with ensuite bathroom and maybe some dedicated parking space.

Great stay! Our host was warm, welcoming, and incredibly accommodating throughout our visit. His home was lovely, comfortable, and in a very convenient location for anyone visiting Tunbridge Wells. It’s around a 15-minute walk from the station, about 10 minutes from the main town area, and there’s also a bus stop nearby, making it easy to get around without a car. The neighbourhood was quiet and pleasant, and as two female travellers, we felt safe and comfortable staying here. We really appreciated how helpful and thoughtful our host was, and the home had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Tunbridge Wells!

I did not like the fact that I shared the accommodation with the host. I believe it was a double room for me to stay for the 4 days. I do feel that this should be properly advertised on Booking.com as it was misleading for the person booking. Please clearly state this, so I, as the booker, can ascertain if I want to be there with the company. This makes it awkward. Also, there should be a TV in the room if we do not want to go into the living room.
