We absolutely loved our stay. The villa was spacious, with the bedrooms on separate floors, providing plenty of privacy and space to relax without feeling on top of each other. The pool was well maintained, both bedrooms had wonderfully cold air conditioning, and the mosquito repellent plugs meant we could enjoy the open living areas comfortably.
The location was unbeatable. Tucked far enough down the street to avoid most traffic noise, yet only a two-minute walk in either direction to excellent breakfast options and massages. Jalan Raya Semat was right on our doorstep, with everything we needed close by. The beach was a lovely 15-minute stroll straight down the road, and Finns and Atlas beach clubs were also easily accessible.
Our host, John, was fantastic: friendly, responsive and exceptionally well organised. Even when a reply took a little time, he had often already arranged what we needed. The driver he organised, Andy, was equally excellent and took great care of us.
The property was clean, well equipped and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We genuinely loved our time here and would happily return.
The gardens could benefit from a little tidying, but this was purely cosmetic and did not affect our comfort or enjoyment of the stay.

I can’t explain how clean the property was when we arrived. It is a beautiful property with private pool. Very spacious with everything you need. Lots of marts and restaurants nearby. John was there to receive us who was really helpful and made sure we understood everything.
