The Staff! We checked-in early like 5hpurs early… we were provided with complimentary breakfast.. waiting room to refresh. The view! The Staff! On the whole we loved the stay..and special mention to Chef… food is too good!
Coordination might have been better, as the staff present wasn’t aware of our booking … as confirmed by the receptionist if no booking on the previous day of our stay, we will be provided with early check-in… later we spending 3hours in waiting room we came to know that no booking done and our room was ready to be occupied.. since we loved our experience and they have been warm we didn’t bother much on it.. Still we highly recommend as we loved the stay and the staff..

The location was good and the view of the valley from the place. Caretaker was friendly and helpful, supported our late check-in.
The room given to us was small for three even when a bigger room was available. The bathroom faucet was malfunctioning, the handle came into my hands when tried to put on the tap. We were offered to use the bathroom of the adjacent room in the morning but we declined since we had to check out anyways and there was no point of changing the room for couple of hours.
