Staff were amazing
Location is perfect
Facilities were excellent
Scots Bar was our favourite - staff were so attentive & professional
Pillows were not to our liking. That is the only negative I can come up with.

Lots of food options in the neighborhood
The bathroom amenities were nice.
It’s extremely dated. Carpets are full of stains which is disgusting.
The corridors smelt musty.
Guest rooms need a big refurbishment
Bathrooms also need update.
