I had a room to myself and it was a good size overall. It might have been a little short on space for my large suitcase, but it was still perfectly fine. The bed was spacious for one person; for two people it might have felt a bit cramped. The room was clean and quiet — I can be quite picky about that, so the fact that I booked with them again for the last part of my trip when I return to Tokyo says a lot about how much I liked it.

Good location to many parts of the city. Small but functional room. Lobby and reception was underground, which was not expected, but was interesting feature. Liked that the amenities were located in the lobby for one's choosing. Enjoyed the free coffee and tea throughout the day.
No public onsen or spa to use in addition to bathroom, but understand that it would have been difficult to have in such a location. We liked almost everything about the hotel.
