By far the best hotel we stayed at in Japan—and our favourite in Tokyo. The customer service was excellent, and the staff went above and beyond several times when we needed help.
They let us know we could sign up as members to receive earlier check-in, and this was the only hotel we stayed at where we could use the public baths despite having tattoos. The massage chairs tucked away in the women’s change room were also amazing!
The bartenders were lovely and, with some help from translation apps, modified the happy-hour snack so I could safely eat it with my gluten allergy. Our room was spacious, spotless, and had a great selection of pillows compared with several other hotels we stayed at.
The location was fantastic for exploring Tokyo, and the front desk was incredibly helpful, including helping us figure out our Skyliner tickets. Even the hotel itself smells amazing.
I genuinely can’t say enough good things about our stay. Excellent location, wonderful service, and easily our favourite hotel of the trip.

Extremely convenient location esp in relation to train stations.
Lovely hotel/room and great facilities/amenities.
The bath house can get crowded as it’s quite small.

Most of the things were okay.
At check out, I was made to wait whist two other guest groups were taken before. I would like to give benefit of doubt but it felt like Racism. It was only this one lady at the reception that made me feel this way. The others were nice and very helpful. It’s unfortunate that one person can ruin a two day average experience.
