Very clean, spacious room, and brilliant location (2 minutes walk to Tokyo station. I will definitely stay here again for my next visit.
Would have preferred to have free to air tv but it is not a deal breaker as it is exceptional.

Spaciousness of the rooms, well-equipped, clean, modern, and location is the best, just a 5min underpass, to Daimaru and Tokyo Station. Plus, near access to Ginza line with 8mins walk away.
They give little surprises like a fujifilm camera for you to take photos and processed it for free of you return it to them 2-3 days before your checkout.
Staff are all friendly and proficient in English.
Just the pillows are too soft, otjer than that, everything else was amazing.

Great location, clean, and the room was spacious. The washing machine in the room was very convenient. I also recommend the matcha latte from the bar. It was amazing. In addition to being very near Tokyo station, a new building opened up next door with a bunch of restaurants.
There was nothing I didn’t like.

Small rooms but probably the best location you can get. Access to Yachika and Tokyo station, which basically gives access to all of Tokyo. Amazing malls. Clean new hotel. And has washer dryer (which was really important to me).
Our room was quite small. But you can get bigger rooms. Also they change the towels the second time around.
