The staff was incredible! The woman at check in was SUPER friendly and went above and beyond. There was a gentleman that worked the evening shift and he was always gracious. THE AC WAS FANTASTIC!!!!! 100000 out of 10!
The pillows were horrible. They were too flat no matter what pillow I chose.

Near everything!
Recurrent problem in Tokyo... small room!
One may wish the onsen was a little bit warmer, one or two degrees Celsius might do it.

I think this hotel had the most friendly and professional staff from my entire trip (5 hotels) - especially Wada-san at the reception, full of positive energy and talkative with great English.
Comfortable bed (reception has pillow selection to cater to each person)
Breakfast variety
Free evening snacks and drinks (no beer unfortunately)
Daily cleaning (if you do not want it, they will hang fresh towels on the doorknob)
Great location for many subway lines and JR station.
