This was one of the best aparthotels i ever stayed in. the staff was lovely and helpful with every question and request.
the apartment was a good size, had everything i needed including a washing machine.
the location is close to JR stations. felt very safe as a solo women traveler.

Having a free washer/dryer in the actual room at the end of our trip was really wonderful. Our room also had a decent mini-kitchen that was useful for having some light meals in the room. Location convenient to Ginza line and one other line, also very near the oldest department store in the country (Nihonbashi Mitsukoshi) which is really worth seeing (notably the roof and the basement). The hotel also is happy to hold luggage before check in (and does not charge even though I read a review that says they do).
The air was difficult to control in this room, and the bed & pillows were the most uncomfortable by far of those we had on a 3 week trip. The staffing was uneven; some individuals were very pleasant and helpful, others somewhat brash. Having a code for the elevator and another for the door was slightly annoying. The trash system was very challenging to figure out and use. This was also the only hotel on our trip that charged for mineral water.
