This property is literally one floor above a 7-Eleven, which is very convenient for when you need something and you haven’t adjusted to the time zone! It is also just a 5-minute walk from the heart of Akihabara shopping, and very close to several transit stations, so you have options. The public bath and laundry are great inclusions. While the washer is free to use, note that the dryer is 300 yen. Overall very comfortable and clean, and a great value for the location.
The room was quite small, but that’s to be expected with most hotels in Japan. I have stayed in an apartment hotel before and I think I prefer that experience overall.

I like the bath and amenities on level 2 and the top floor.
The pillows were awful. There needs to be better pillows on the beds.

location was good - near tubes and quite central.
Having the room serviced a couple of time. The room was cramped for 2 people and the bed was quite small. But it was described accurately in the booking, so it was my bad for not noticing this.
