I can’t say enough positive about this accommodation. The staff were great and very helpful. The room was huge and made us feel very at home. Giving us a sanctuary to escape the hustle and bustle with plenty of room. It was like our own apartment. The facilities are great with a washer and dryer in the room plus a large fridge, microwave and kitchen. My daughter really loved the privacy given by the tall sides on the bunk bed. The bed was huge and very comfortable for my partner and I. It was also very conveniently placed with a 7 Eleven across the road, 5 min walk to the train station and the Electric district full of rest and a huge anime presence full of shopping. Love this place and would recommend to everyone. The price was brilliant for what you get as well.

That it was clean enough - not perfect but OK. The location was mediocre definitely not the worst but also not ideal. Although there was a washing machine it had very limited usage and the drier was in the japanese shower.
There were no facilities whatsoever such as a restaurant or Cafeteria. The staff had mostly poor knowledge of English. We had to google translate almost everything even how to use the drier. No one really cared about our stay and although we had only one garbage can during our second stay we were requested to separate trash although no one had informed us of this before hand and with only one small dustbin in the living area and one in the bathroom this was a difficult task.
