Nuit avec onsen privatif

Nous avons adoré le bain extérieur qui nous a permis de profiter d’un mini onsen privatif. Le personnel était accueillant et nous avons pu déposer nos valises tôt avant le Check in ce qui nous a permis de gagner bcp de temps et de visiter le quartier de ueno

Staff, cleanliness and location were great. The room size will keep us from returning.

The staff was wonderful - very helpful and friendly. Except for the one clerk at check-in (she was probably having a bad day) who was not helpful and kind of grouchy, everyone else was excellent. The location was very good --- we wished we had booked the "other" Hotel Centurion Ueno across the street - that one looked like it may have had bigger rooms.

The rooms were VERY VERY VERY tiny. We have stayed at rooms all over Europe and Japan, so we do know what small and efficient rooms are. These rooms were so tiny that there wasn't any place to even open a suitcase. The bathroom was similar in size to a cruise ship bathroom - unfortunately, it was worse than one because cruise ship bathrooms are designed with efficiency in mind so there is a place for everything. Had we actually known the room size, we would not have booked this hotel.

Don’t stay at main building is super old and dirty…

I did booking a standard double bed room they give us that bed like just big then single , we ask for upgrade our room we happy to pay but they charge the price 7000yen per night as same new room online…

Certaines personnes du staff étaient vraiment très très agréable et aimable

Là propreté l insonorisation. On avait l impression de dormir sur la rue et que les fenêtres étaient ouvertes…

Prima hotel, voor dat geld en handige locatie.

Op goede locatie, dicht bij Ueno stations en park, prima hotel. Goede prijs-kwaliteitsverhouding, geen overdreven luxe, maar wel prima kamer, bed en badkamer.

Locatie is wel waar in de avond veel feestjes, karaoke, en geisha staan. Veel eettentjes, maar ook uitgaansgelegenheden. Beetje toeristisch.

I did late booking and i am expecting a good and relaxing room but it was not happened.and the staff are rude also!😡

Bad experience and cost expensive

Room is too small. The price very expensive. One of our are sleep in sofa. The quilts were not for adults. Too short. Water for drink supplied not for every day. They just supply on first day only. The arid condition not unstable. Sometimes very cool and sometimes are very hot.

Location is very near Subway station. My room is quite small. Staff is willing to help us about baggage transportation to another hotel which made me very appreciated.

Location was great. Nearby Tokyo metro station. 5 minute walk from Keisei Ueno, JR station and Ameyoko market. Convenience store located on the first floor. Wifi worked well in the room. We stayed King room with extra bed on the Annex building (opposite of main building). Room was clean and no bad smell. Easy check out just drop the key cards in the box on elevator.

Bigger than most Tokyo hotel. Bed is comfortable. Amenities are well provided. We left our luggage at station locker and spend a night here. Very good location.

Hotel is near all pubs, clubs and night spot. We stayed during Friday night so it was very rowdy. Alot of shouting at night, pple were lying on the road drunk and ambulances passed by very frequent the noise cancellation wasn't very well so we can hear everything. And we are staying at the 9th floor

A bit loud at night, but the facilities, room and eminities were great!

Unfortunately, the sound was pretty bad. The hotel is right next to a very load bar district and Unfortunately it's very hard to get any sleep past 1800 - 02000. People are yelling ousltside the room and there seems tbe a karaoke place nearby that also bleeds into the rooms. I was on the fourth floor and I image this issue might not have been too bad on higher floors. This isn't the hotels fault but maybe finding a way to sound proof the windows be nice. Otherwise I had a very pleasant experience.
