Offered many drinks for free in the afternoon. The pillow suits me.
Need to wait a long time for the lift. I recall some Dormy Inns offer free coffee in the morning for guests not having breakfast in the hotel. But this one does not.

1. The breakfast is good. The room facility is suitable for business trip.
2. Offer the complimentary snack and water in the refrigerator.
1. Only offer indoor slipper. It's not a problem but may consider offering optional disposable slippers as well.

Breakfast was very good. The dining area was also very good.
Maybe a bigger pillow. That is minor, and I could have asked for a second pillow but didn't.

We didn't have any breakfast in the hotel and we ate dinner outside but the location was very near to the ueno-hirōkōji station. The hotel workers even gave a complimentary 3-4 t shirts for my child and 2 packs of pear pudding.
The room could've been a little bit bigger than the first one because the beds were comfy, but the beds were too small so we had to sleep horizontally using our luggage as footrests so we could sleep.

"Loved the location near Ueno station (very easy to get to Narita). Small onsen, but enjoyable with an outside bath and views of Tokyo Skytree. I also appreciated the complementary late night ramen :)"
