I stayed by myself for 7 days and in short it was beyond my expectations.
Communication on how to access the place was nice and concise, overall communications with the host were prompt and friendly.
Location is great especially if you're coming from Narita, it's a direct line with the Skyliner followed by a 5 min walk. There are plenty of different stations/lines within 5 min too so going out was always a breeze.
Neighborhood is very lively but the building is on a street where there is a lot less crowd and a lot less noisy.
The apartment was spotless and had everything I needed. The washer/dryer was a very nice option to have as it allowed me to travel lighter, easy instructions.
Would gladly return to this place.
Really hard to fault anything.

Невероятное для Токио соотношение цена-качество. Рядом со станцией, бесконтактное заселение и выселение, удобства в квартире. Можно воспользоваться сауной и бассейном в соседнем здании, как написано на сайте, но сам не пробовал.
Очень хороший владелец: я забыл ортодонтические капы в квартире и хозяин согласился отправить их по адресу моего друга.

鍵がないところはよかった
部屋用とホテルに入るコードが別で入室出来ず、チェックインが予定通りにできず、お客様のアポにも遅れてしまった。
アポ前にシャワーを浴びたかったが浴びることも出来なかった。認証コードのメールも前日にしていますと言われたがそのようなメッセージは私にはなかった。
