Not really impressed.

Space in the living room is nice

The room does not change bed sheets for hold of our 7 days stays. We also had found out when we get back home, our Japanese tradition cup that we bought and we putted in our language was missing. The water pressure in the shower is too low, not like other Japanese hotel.

Wonderful apartment hotel in superb location with great staff.

spacious apartment for 4 people in great location near Ueno park, shopping and restaurants. easy walk to Ueno station, touristy Ameyoko area (lots of overseas workers cf past years), and Akihabara. easy access to metro (Okachimachi station) and Charichari bikeshare hire (next to building). windows that open slightly to let in fresh air. great views. the bath was fantastic. wonderful welcoming, friendly, multi- national staff (front desk, housekeeping and cleaning staff).

apartment is dark despite opening all curtains/ blinds. window over kitchen sink could open a bit (it's permanently shut) to let in fresh air into main living area.

ファミリーで、一部屋でワイワイでき、寝る時には、それぞれにゆっくりできるベッドが過ごしやすく配置してあり、清潔で、必要なものが揃っていて、清潔で、おしゃれで、気分が上がりました。

アメニティのサービスの案内が若干わかりにくかった。置いてある場所もわかりにくかった。必要になった時に、フロントでもう一度尋ねると、丁寧に説明してもらい理解できた。

Comfortable and plenty of space for family of 5.

Large room for family. Located near subway. Friendly and helpful staff.

Though there’s laundry room on level 1, it would be ideal if there’s a washer/dryer in the room since this is an apartment hotel.

Superb

All staffs were very nice with good communications and helpful. Location is super convenience. Near two metro lines but need around 10mins walk to Skyliner station for direct train to International Airport. Room is comfortable and spacious and clean. Highly recommended. Definitely will try all the other hotels of Mimaru Group in different areas on my next trip.

Pleasant stay

Location was great. Easy access to JR and metro stations with lots of food and shopping options. Quiet and felt safe. Staff was friendly. Room size was excellent.

While the place looked generally clean, surfaces in room were very dusty. Dishes in the room were not completely clean when we checked in. There was only one elevator serving the entire hotel so wait time could be long sometimes. No shower cap provided.

Pleasant

Room felt very cramped for a family, picture online clearly taken at funny angles to make it look bigger. No drawers to store clothes, walkways between beds and tables all very narrow, just cramped overall.

Great for family size hotel but apartment like spacing !

Dryer in the laundry room takes 2 hours to dry cloisters so you should get one like the coin laundry dryers that actually dry clothes. Coin laundry took 45 min to dry

Exceptional location and loved the room set up which was perfect for family of four.

Location was excellent: close to shopping, restaurants and okachimachi station, along the Yamanote line. Easy walk to Akihabara, Ueno park and to Ueno Keisei line, which gives easy access to Narita Airport.

Super friendly staff, comfortable and clean room, and a very convenient location close to subway stations and Ueno and Asakusa attractions.

Nice location. The facilities are clean. The staff is kind. I'm willing to use it again next time. :)

If you take a taxi, even if you give me the hotel name or address, they drop me off at the wrong place. It's the only inconvenience.

Incredible Value and Location

Its incredible value for money. This particular Mimaru is like a 5 minute walk from Akihabara, which meant that we went there every night after we were done doing the standard tourist stuff. The shower being split from the bathroom is also nice because it prevents an early riser from blocking people from the restroom if they take a long shower.

The rooms are a bit small, but that's coming from an American from the Midwest. We have a lot of space out here so I expect the rooms are comparable to other hotels. It was enough space for us, but we didn't have enough room to all leave our bags open.
