The whole thing is automated, although I met the staff I didn't interact much with them since you check in and out by machine. The room is a decent size and rather clean.
The bed is like sleeping on a rock. I lost blood flow to my limbs trying to sleep on my side.

No está mal comunicado, a 10 min en bus de la estación de 산본
Nada más llegar, había muchísimo pelo en la cama, el suelo y el baño, lo dijimos y nos cambiaron de habitación a otra peor, lo cual dijimos y nos devolvieron a la misma del principio, donde habían quitado los pelos con la mano de la cama..
