Easily my best stay in Bali! Exceptional value for money, brand-new facilities, and a stunning view of the rice fields.
There aren't many restaurants within walking distance, but ordering food via Grab delivery is quick and easy.

This villa is absolutely stunning, so beautiful and big and the pool is gorgeous. Host was was really lovely, arranged taxi from airport, made us floating breakfast, sorted out scooter hire, took our dirty washing and bought it back clean.
Kitchen could have been a little bit cleaner, but everywhere else was really clean. It’s a bit out of Ubud centre and the traffic is really bad so if you wanted to travel into Ubud a lot you would spend a lot of time in taxis. But we had had a busy few weeks and was happy to relax around the villa and just out into Ubud once a day.

La villa era increíble, incluso más bonita que en las fotos. El servicio, muy atento. Está un poquito aislada del centro de Ubud, pero para nosotros fue un plus estar alejados del tráfico continuo. Un remanso de paz y lujo. Recomendable 100%

Villa Kayuan was echt een heerlijke plek om te verblijven. De rust en het uitzicht op de rijstvelden waren voor mij het absolute hoogtepunt – perfect om even helemaal te ontspannen. De villa zelf is ruim, schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien, met een fijn privézwembad. Ook de sfeer is heel gezellig en comfortabel. Houd er wel rekening mee dat het iets afgelegen ligt, maar juist dat maakt het zo rustig. Zeker een aanrader als je wilt ontsnappen aan de drukte van Ubud.
