Location was good, house was really easy to find and parking close to the property wasn’t an issue (parking permits were available). Message to owner before arrival was answered quickly. House was well equipped, clean and just as described.

Great quiet location in walking distance to Newark town centre/shops/restaurants. Great to have parking right outside the door of the property.
Very minor points - Move sitting area to front room?? A few more pillows would have been nice & place to recycle food.
