It was a level from a family house, who we need to share the bathroom, entrance and living with somebody, also the terrace has a door to a private room from same level of the house.

Très bon accueil de Marie-Laure qui est aussi de très bon conseils et d’une grande gentillesse.
La terrasse avec vue sur le jardin, avec marre et poissons, en plein Paris, c’est exceptionnel.
La maison passive est vraiment bien conçue, on a vraiment aimé.
A 10 min à pied de la station Marvel Sembat, parfait pour visiter facilement Paris.

Wir haben uns von Beginn an wohlgefühlt, nette Vermieterin und tolle Unterkunft. Die Zimmer waren sauber, schön eingerichtet, mit tollem Balkon. Wenn wir mal wieder nach Paris fahren, werden wir hier wieder anfragen. Hier hat alles gestimmt.
