Ambiente moderno, ristrutturato da poco. Posto auto riservato. Proprietaria disponibile a risolvere qualsiasi problema.

Struttura muraria esterna con poca coibentazione. La parete della camera e del soggiorno esposta a nord un po' fredda. Abbiamo soggiornato a cavallo di capodanno.

Appartamento confortevole, con ampia camera da letto matrimoniale e soggiorno/cucina abitabile con divano letto doppio. Completo di tutto il necessario: oltre alle stoviglie, viene fornito caffè per moka e cialde, olio, sale, acqua. Essendo venuti in periodo natalizio, abbiamo ricevuto un piccolo panettone e una bottiglia di prosecco: un gesto caro ed apprezzato. I punti di forza sono: la pulizia, il riscaldamento a pavimento (casa caldissima anche con temperature rigide), doccia ampia. Ottima la comunicazione con il proprietario e modalità di primo accesso. Posizione eccellente, in zona residenziale molto silenziosa.

Piccoli dettagli: - istruzioni per la macchina del caffè; - cura dello spazio posto auto. Elementi che non inficiano l'ottima qualità dell'ospitalità complessiva.
