- Ideal location between the city and Jewellery Quarter
- Self check in with clear videos (although only playing in a tiny window on the phone, pictures of a map would help)
- Spacious, full kitchen, basic necessities (some coffee, sugar). The kitchen was fully stacked w appliances (coffee maker, water heater, toaster, washing machine, dish washer), iron. Ideal to be self sufficient
- 1 USB A wall outlet, so no UK adapter for your phone needed, plenty other outlets
- Plenty storage
- Decent bed
- Easy communication via text
- Overal a decent stay, but with some minor and cheap touches, the apartment and experience could be so much better; see improvement points
- A bit dated, it could use some paint and simple refresher in places
- Clean, although not spotless
- Not cheap, but it was busy at the time in the city
- Simple wobbly Ikea furnishings
- Bathroom fan was as loud as a road construction crew, along
- Practical sun blocking curtains, but when in use also no natural light and a pitch black room. That you then had to light with super bright lighting. The apartment is right next to a public area, so to create some privacy, some light see through curtains would be useful
- A bit cumbersome security deposit had to be done via bank transfer. The payment link only worked with UK based banks, so a PayPal link was needed, which charged transaction fees. All well received back (minus international transaction fees…) on my regular bank account after, but not really user friendly. A reservation on the credit card via Booking would be better

Lovely accommodation, very clean and well furnished, everything we needed for our short stay. Excellent host, very helpful and good communication
Entrance gate was a little confusing but no problem once we checked which gate to use.

Great location, clean and well equipped with everything we needed. Good communication by the owner.
The only windows are double-doors opening straight onto the car park, it would be nice to have blinds / net curtains to give some privacy.
