No Breakfast but we expected that. Loved the patio where we sat in the evenings chatting. The bedrooms and bathroom were very nice. Seating in Lounge a bit limited for 3 Adults. Was nice and quiet and peaceful

Beautiful stay for a group of friends attending a fantasy ball. Coincidentally suited the theme 🌟 . The place was clean, neat and the bathroom was absolutely gorgeous.

We had the best girls’ weekend at Patches Place! From the moment we arrived, everything felt welcoming, calm, and beautifully thought out. The space is immaculate, stylish, and so well-equipped — from the comfy beds to the lovely little touches throughout the unit that made us feel right at home.
We absolutely loved the hot tub – it was the perfect way to unwind after a long week, and we spent hours chatting and laughing. The garden is gorgeous and peaceful, and the setting gave us that much-needed sense of escape without being far from the city.
It was clear that a lot of care goes into hosting here — every detail was just right, and we felt truly looked after. It’s the ideal spot for a girls' getaway: peaceful, private, and full of charm. Highly recommended! We’ll definitely be back.
