Wir waren zum 3. mal hier und es waren wieder sehr schöne Ferien.
Leider arbeitet unsere Lieblingsmitarbeiterin Vivi nicht mehr hier. Aber die neuen Damen von der Guest Relations machen das auch sehr gut.
Die Massage-Ladies im Spa sind sehr gut, ich erlebte hier meine besten Massagen überhaupt!
Dieses Mal hat es (wohl wetterbedingt) sehr, wirklich sehr viele Fliegen gehabt, die ein gemütliches Essen im Restaurant (vor allem tagsüber im Aussenbereich) leider ausserordentlich behindert haben.
Es sollte da etwas unternommen werden gegen die Fliegenplage, denn sowas haben wir in dieser Intensität noch nirgends auf der Welt erlebt. Es schien uns als würde auch viel weniger gesprayt als früher.
Das Internet ist leider wieder mal sehr schlecht gewesen und zwar auf der ganzen Insel, vor allem aber im Bungalow. Das Signal war extrem langsam und fiel zudem immer wieder aus. Warum macht man nicht endlich Skylink auf der Insel?!🤷♀️

Staff is always very friendly. The ambiance of the resort, the convenience of everything. The overwater rooms are gorgeous. Tranquility of the resort. Lots of activities in the evening.
There could be a bit more water activity for snorkeling and diving.

Понравилась вся организация отдыха. Внимательный персонал, вкусная еда, красивый риф и удобная кровать. Хочется отдельно отметить организацию вечерних программ, которые проводятся силами работающего днем обслуживающего персонала. Ребята молодцы!
Мы отдыхали в пляжной вилле и это считаем лучшим выбором, т.к. из виллы на воде нужно ходить пешком на все мероприятия и обеды под палящим солнцем.
Дорожки для хождения босиком жестковаты, необходимо подсыпать свежий песочек. Около умывальника нет зубных щеток (надо везти с собой), а для мытья ног желательно установить водопровод, а не чаны с ковшиком. Но это все мелочи и мы обязательно приедем еще не раз!

The ocean was clean and beautiful and the staff was nice. The food was also good.
This is *not* all inclusive. Robinson really should not advertise itself as such. Meals are on a tight schedule, if you miss it you pay exorbant prices - $10 club sandwich that isn't very good. Food in the room is not included. A lot of spirits are not included. At meals, it actually took a few days to understand I could have something other than water.
No toiletries were included- we paid $34 for toothpaste and shaving foam. The plane we took to get to Maldives had toothpaste in the latrine for goodness sake.
If you're an English speaker, get ready to be confused by German. Our welcome card in the room was German and a lot of the events also.
Finally, they fumbled the birthday of my fiancée - a table promised at breakfast was not delivered; and they made the wrong cake which I paid extra for.
In summary, Robinson tries hard, but really consistently misses the mark.
