Un sogno

Dire che è una villetta stupenda è riduttivo. Ho notato una attenzione maniacale per i particolari. Piscina privata, jacuzi, doccia esterna, barbecue, giardino curatissimo così come la casa. Valentina è stata super disponibile e ci ha dato consigli utili per visitare la zona. Vi assicuro che le foto da sole non rendono l’idea della bellezza della casa. COMPLIMENTI DAVVERO

Eine viel zu teure und enttäuschende Unterkunft mit nicht funktionierendem WLAN, erheblichen Sauberkeitsmängeln und fehl

der ausblick und die lage

Für den hohen Preis entsprach die Unterkunft überhaupt nicht dem auf Booking.com beschriebenen Standard. Das ausdrücklich angebotene WLAN funktionierte während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts nicht, obwohl uns bei der Ankunft versprochen wurde, dass sich jemand darum kümmern werde. Besonders problematisch war auch die Stromversorgung: Sobald man die Unterkunft verlässt, wird durch das Schlüsselsystem der Strom abgeschaltet, wodurch auch die Klimaanlage nicht mehr funktioniert. Bei Temperaturen von teilweise rund 45 °C kamen wir jedes Mal in eine völlig aufgeheizte Unterkunft zurück. Zudem betrat die Besitzerin während unseres Aufenthalts ohne vorherige Ankündigung das Grundstück, um Arbeiten am Pool beziehungsweise Whirlpool vorzunehmen. Wir wurden morgens durch Geräusche erschreckt und empfanden dies als deutliche Verletzung unserer Privatsphäre. Auch bezüglich Sauberkeit und Ausstattung gab es zahlreiche Mängel: Der Pool war bei unserer Ankunft nicht richtig sauber, der Kühlschrank draußen war teilweise verrostet, die Mikrowelle funktionierte nicht und der Gasgrill war zunächst ebenfalls nicht funktionsfähig. Der gesamte BBQ-Bereich war stark verschmutzt und unhygienisch. Die Bettwäsche roch unangenehm, Geschirr, Gläser und Besteck waren teilweise nicht sauber und im Badezimmer entdeckten wir sogar eine Kakerlake. Es gab keinen Staubsauger, sondern nur einen Besen. Strandtücher sowie grundlegende Dinge wie Öl oder Gewürze fehlten ebenfalls. Zusätzlich mussten wir den Abfall selbst entsorgen und wegbringen. Insgesamt war die Unterkunft für diese Preisklasse sehr enttäuschend und entsprach nicht der Beschreibung auf Booking.com.
