The location was perfect, very close to down town Portsmouth, Hampton as well as any NH seacoast towns. The stay itself was right across from the ocean with views from the front deck. The accommodation's were great, didn't really need anything else. Very spacious for two couples and comfortable. I would return any time and would highly recommend this place to anyone wanting to visit the NH seacoast. Very easy process for checking in and out as well.
There really wasn't anything that we felt was a negative about this rental and would highly recommend to anyone. For two couples, we were more than pleased with our stay.

The location was great. It’s across the street from the ocean and near a state park. It was quiet and has a pretty sunrise. The picture is from down the street.
When the first person arrived she found the storm door broken and unable to close. The property managers were very good about communicating the whole time.
There are only two parking spots which we weren’t aware of until after we paid. We were told to pay to park at a state park through the listing said free parking. There is no overnight parking at the state parks and all road side parking is one hour. Just FYI.
It was smaller than I thought pictured, especially the deck outside. Also, the bathroom was pretty dated and the toilet was a hard flush.
