Had difficulty locating lockbox. Suggested photos would most likely help
NO WIFI!!! so had to use own data. This was not ideal in any circumstance. We contacted host and had no joy. The guest bedroom only had bottom sheet. That's unhygienic Its always easier to wash a sheet rather than a blanket. Bathrooms could have used waste baskets. A fancy coffee machine with no cups to fit under it??? No instructions on how to use washing machine. Had 4 remotes??? Not sure what they were about as we had NO WIFI... Couldn't watch tele for the first 2 days/nights. I was quite annoyed as we paid good money to stay here. I felt we should have been refunded a percentage for the cost of data we had to pay for. Not good enough!!!! This is why people opt for Motels. A lesson learnt.
