The hotel is on a beach with ocean view. It is beautiful even though their beach is not sandy but has small rocks, so the guests stay in the beautiful pool overlooking the beach. Staff is always attentive, smiling and helpful. We usually had dinner in the hotel and the food was in the norm but we think that the menu could add a few other international plates.
UNFORTUNATELY THE ROAD TO ANY OTHER RESTAURANT IS VERY SMALL AND EXTREMELY BUMPY COMPARED TO UBUD WHERE WE WERE BEFORE SO MOVING IN THE NIGHT DOES NOT ENCOURAGE TO MUCH

This property has been crafted beautifully. The fillers are beautiful and spacious. The gardens are luxurious and the dining areas are very relaxed. I loved the fact that the hotel sits on its own private beach.
There was nothing I didn’t like about the property but given that it’s only 12 months old, the staff are still learning and finding their way but this did not cause us any issues at all

Beautiful property.
Small gestures from everyone
Very disappointed. Staff made us go back to the room to get the wallet and pay instead of adding it to the final bill — ridiculous for a 5-star property. No option to pay from the room, and poor accessibility overall. Worst part — staff entered our room without permission. Totally unacceptable and far from a “Pramana experience.”
