Poor customer service

We were given the wrong door code from the host and had to get a hotel, no apologies just oh try this other code the following morning.. I tried to contact the host with phone calls and txt but have been completely ignored. I want my money back. Also the home is not handicap accessible for sleeping which is not known in the home description

Really wished the hot tub worked.

The house was great. Nice open spaces to hang out in. Very clean. Comfortable beds and close to many different areas in Cedar Falls

In big letters it offers a hot tub and that’s one of the main reasons we picked this place but upon getting there it wasn’t on and the neighbor even came over to try and turn it on and it still wouldn’t work. Tried to get ahold of owner with no response.
