Comfortable. Big room size for the money.
Clean. Pleasant and helpful staff.
Good location for connectivity and access.
Property seemed in owner transition or with dual names, as the display / nameboard did not "Townhouse" wriiten. It had " Bangalore Inn". Maybe they need to change that signboards.

Room was big. Staff were polite enough. Location is right at the main road (which is also a bad thing)
No soap, etc provided. Not even a bottle of water. Location is right at the main road (lot of traffic noise). They changed their name, but still have the old banner up. And I couldn't see the old name on my booking due to word count limit. And even the new banner and the entry to the place is not easily visible. So even though I was standing right outside the hotel entrance, I couldn't find it. The bedsheets didn't seem clean enough.

I liked the room. The receptionist Sajid knows how to talk to guests; he will do a good job at the reception. Also, the room was cozy, and the bathroom was neat and clean. The receptionist gives a good response

Room were very good and very reasonable price. Hotel is beside the main road very good location. Staff was friendly and helpful.
