Great value. Nice staff. Quiet location. Clean rooms. Excellent. Tea and proper milk provided. Nice working heater. Without it i would have froze.

Clean and quiet for a one night stay

Either there was no wifi or the information wasn’t available- check in was by phone as there is no office and no reply to my later phone message request re no wifi information.

1. It was a very clean, quiet, large and well laid out with a large family size fridge/freezer. 2. The bathroom was large and designed for someone with disabilities. 3. The shower was strong and hot. 4. The beds were VERY comfortable.

1. The shower rose kept falling off its bracket when we tried to move it. 2. The soap dish (attached to the wall) was almost falling off and wouldn't hold anything. 3. Tiles were slippery and there was no non-.slip matting for people with disabilities. 4. There was a lack of shelving in the bathroom to put our toiletries on, so we had to take a chair into the bathroom. 5. Couldn't watch any TV as there were no instructions on how to. We rang the manager/owner who told us there was an instruction book under the set top box. We are 68 & 71 and it was so complicated to read and understand, that we gave up. 6. Description on Booking.com site quoted a garden view, which was actually some grass and native trees. 7. It also mentioned in the description that there was a tea/coffee maker (as well as a kettle), but there was NO tea/coffee maker. 8. It also said there was a patio......all there was, was a small table with 2 chairs sat on a few laid bricks. 9. It mentions a wardrobe/closet which there is BUT there are only 4 coat hangers in the main bedroom closet and nothing in the 2nd bedroom, meaning if there are 4 guests, most have nowhere to hang their clothes. 10. We couldn't sit up in bed because the beds were on wheels, so everything I went to sit upright, the bed moved away from the wall causing the pillows to fall down the back of the bed.
