全般的に清潔でした
食事のバリエーションも豊富でした
部屋のゴミ箱に前日のお客さんのゴミが残ってました
また､タオル入れのバスケットに小さいタオルが無かったり、前のお客さんの綿棒が入っていたり､チェックが甘くて、せっかく気分良く過ごしていたのに､がっかりしました
色々な面でホテルの気配りを感じていただけに残念です

食事です。朝食、夕食ともに、とても美味しくいただきました。
また、ホテル自体が、鶴仙渓とともにあると言ってもいいほど美しい自然美を感じることが出来ます。
温泉施設なので当然なのかもしれませんが、お部屋には下駄が用意されていて、素足での利用が少し億劫で、使い捨て用のスリッパが欲しいなと思いました。

部屋は広くて大変きれいでした。
トイレも洗面所も清潔感があり皆んな感激
木製の下履きサイズが合わず転けそうに何度もなり階段は特に要注意です。

部屋のゴミ箱に使用済みのハブラシが捨てたままでした
