Clean, fully equipped, nice open air onsen and good view outside the house.
Heating equipment too small and difficult to find the house should let customer to know the sign outside

Beds were hard, bathroom in an odd location, property is far from town, uses gas heaters

A large and nicely decorated house out of the centre of Yufuin with good facilities. Excellent outdoor onsen. Very clean. A lovely view over the town. We enjoyed the walks to various sights in the town. Unfortunately I found the beds very firm but others may not.
