Clean and tidy
Little bit difficult to find, what 3 words would help

It's just a room in the owner's flat. Small but adequate (as to be expected in the London commuter belt). Bathroom is the room next door (but not actually "ensuite"). Good for a night's kip when spending the evening at a show (I was at an opera at Covent Garden) and avoiding cost and noise of central london hotels. Access was exactly as the owner emailed prior to visit. Two key codes but all worked exactly as stated. The owner did say "hello" but otherwise gave me complete privacy (as I tried to do for him). All was exactly as it "says on the box".
Nothing: all good.

Host was pleasant and had good communication. Private car park but maneuvering was tight. Flat was near local center and garage/shops, etc. Price was cheaper for the area.
Sorry to say room and place was 'grubby'. Skirting and floor beading thick with dust, especially under desk. Blinds dusty, inside of window frame dirty. Room had extension leads plugged into extension leads, which is dangerous. Kitchen bin was overflowing and surrounded by rubbish.
Sorry to say I was quite glad to leave.
