Very clean, nicely styled, comfortable, great facilities, easy to check in and great communication
The location did not feel safe at night and two different taxi drivers told us to be careful, that it’s not a good area and be careful of pick pockets. I would not choose to stay here again because of the area and location.

Location near to Omonia Station, about 2 or 3 minutes walk. Despite appearances it is a safe area.
Codes were supposed to be given the day before, but codes still not given 17 hours before check in, till I messaged them. They said rooms will be cleaned every 3 days, but I stayed for 4 nights and the room was never cleaned. The first day was not cleaned at all with the towels used and bed unmade and left with the hairs and detritus of previous occupants, so who knows how many actual days was never cleaned.
Very loud fridge, sometimes emit a noise in the middle of the night that I thought my phone alarm was vibrating.
