We loved the staff. The place was perfect for us. It is right near the AUC campus. It feels like a home and we loved that. It was very tastefully decorated and the owner of the Villa was wonderful. And the AC was perfect to cool us down at night.
The one downside, if there is one, is that it is not near too many things like cafes. But cabs are plentiful and cheap.

They need a receptionist on permenant basis (that was the only not best experience i had though my first check in was perfect)

The hotel is absolutely beautiful and peaceful. The staff were very attentive and welcoming, which made my stay pleasant from the start. They even let me check in late at 2 am due to flight delays and served me a cold drink upon arrival, indeed a very thoughtful gesture. The rooms and surroundings are always clean, with very good air-conditioning. I appreciated the full fridge stocked with soft drinks and juice. A plate of fruits as well. The Egyptian breakfast was tasty and fresh every morning, and I was glad to see no bed bugs or insects around, everything felt safe and comfortable. When I ordered food delivery from outside, they helped me with it.
A few small improvements could make the experience even better. It would be nice if the breakfast menu had some variety on different days, or at least offered options beyond foul and taamiya. Also, having hot water in the shower would have been perfect, as the mornings in fall can get quite cold.
Overall, it was a wonderful and memorable stay, and I would happily return and promote to my friends and family.

Very polite staff, nice decorations
No elevator to the rooms, they dont add coffee to the room unless you ask them. No exercise facility. Breakfast is terrible, coffee in breakfast is terrible. Location is far from most everything in Cairo. You will have a better stay in one of the bigger hotels. Also not a good value overall
