Location, staff, flexibility, vibe
Cleanliness, the room had lot of stuff left behind by previous occupants , dustbin seemed unemptied for a while, everything needs some dusting. There are no individual cupboards. Also the co- occupants left lights on during the night.

I loved the social space that is available for work/other activities. There is also multiple events happening through the week in the cafe attached with the property.

The location was good, everything was nearby and good locality
there’s no ac, and there are table fans which did not work, only one worked for the entire room of 6, and there was no window either, it was so bad there was a complaint but they didn’t get it fixed, couldn’t sleep all night because there’s no ventilation at all. the bathrooms were not that hygienic
