Gemütliche Betten, große Zimmer, moderne Einrichtung. Parkplatz im Parkhaus.
Um den Zugang zu erhalten, muss man eine Kaution hinterlegen. Bei Schäden wird die Kaution belastet. Man muss also die vorhandendenen Schäden zeitnah bei Einzug melden. Die Wohnung hat leider recht viele Schäden: lose und heraushängende Steckdosen, kaputte Fußbodenleisten, schmutzige Wände, kaputter Mülleimer, Lampe unvollständig... Das kostet Zeit und Nerven, die sie jedem Gast zumuten. Denn die bisherigen Bewertungen zeigen, dass die Probleme bekannt sind.
Wenn die Mängel behoben werden und man somit nicht die Angst haben muss, dass einem selbst die Mängel angelastet werden, könnte
man es in der Wohnung gut aushalten.

El apartamento muy moderno y muy cómodo. Estaba muy bien equipado, muy tranquilo y buen garaje. Buenas conexiones de autobús y tranvía con la ciudad.
Un somier de una cama individual estaba suelto.

La casa è fornita di tutto il necessario, dalla carta igienica a pentole e bicchieri di ogni tipo. Fornite anche delle bustine di te e di una miscela in polvere di caffè molto buoni. Casa molto silenziosa e confortevole, letti comodi. Aggiungerei solo delle presine per teglie da fono e delle grucce negli armadi. Parcheggio comodissimo e struttura moderna e ben tenuta. Riscaldamento perfetto. Quartiere silenzioso e comodo per la vicinanza alla S7.
Davvero oltre le aspettative. Presenti anche asse da stiro con ferro da stiro e stendino. Lavastoviglie, lavatrice, forno e forno a microonde, asciugacapelli.
Assolutamente nulla.

The apartment itself is great - large, clean, comfortable, big TV with good options to choose from. Jabka and a bus stop near by.
Please read the conditions and have 500 zł for deposit before receiving the check-in information. For us it was unexpected surprise. And not an experience we wanted, when upon arrival instead of having a chill after a long trip we had to go around the appartment and making photo of every tiny deffect or damage done by others (and there were a lot). + lack of clear communication about the progress of deposit refund after check out.
Small things - no air conditioner, no washing powder.
