This apartment is situated in the charming old house right across the Nantes Art museum. It is also short walk from the trains station, so one can hardly imagine the better location for exploring the city.
The host has met us personally (rarity these days, when renting the apartment) and provided a brief introduction of the facilities. This personal warm welcome, considering our delayed arrival due the the train hiccups and hot weather was most appreciated.
The apartment has everything needed for a short and stay is rather tastefully decorated.
One small point of criticism is the sofa in the living room, which is in the need of upgrade, and tiny bathroom. Otherwise, the apartment was comfy, and had an indisputable charm in it, making our visit to Nantes complete.

Posizione ottima, appartamento pulito anche se suggerirei di togliere tutti i tappeti e cuscini ornamentali per chi come me è mio figlio è allergico alla polvere :/ cucina ben attrezzata come il resto della casa.

Well-furnished apartment in the heart of Nantes. Perfect location if you need to use the train station. Very clean, with appliances and furnitures that have seen some use but are still looking very good.
Shower is a bit tiny and difficult to enter/exit. Tv has many channels but it is not straightforward to use, especially for non-French speakers.
